Description

This project focused on modernizing an enterprise fleet operations system by simplifying navigation, restructuring information hierarchy, and reducing the cognitive load on high-volume operations teams. Through workflow analysis, cross-functional interviews, and iterative redesign, I delivered a more efficient, decision-forward interface aligned with how teams actually reviewed, planned, and approved fleet activity.

Problem

The legacy platform was overwhelming with crowded tables, fragmented screens, and navigation that consumed valuable workspace. Fleet teams struggled to quickly review plans, compare data, or complete approvals, resulting in slow task execution, workflow bottlenecks, and increased user frustration.

Impact

The redesign improved operational efficiency by creating a more intuitive, focused experience that supported quicker reviews and more confident decisions.

The redesign streamlined the vehicle planning and review process, reduced cognitive load, and made critical information easier to scan and act on. By consolidating multi-step tasks into clearer, single-view dashboards and improving orientation across screens, operations teams were able to navigate workflows more efficiently and make decisions with greater accuracy and confidence.
